About our Suppliers
To ensure that only the highest quality fresh fish is served to our customers, Aoi Japanese Cuisine receives multiple shipments of seafood every week, and
only from qualified distributors. Our distributor is a member of the HACCP Quality Management Program (QMP) under the USDC Seafood Inspection Program.
The HACCP QMP combines internationally recognized quality standards with a HACCP-based program designed to control food safety issues. Additionally, our supplier
