As a Japanese restaurant that serves sushi, we understand that both the cleanliness of the restaurant as well as the freshness of the fish are very important to our customers. Aoi Japanese Cuisine and Sushi is regularly inspected by the Northern Kentucky Health Department, and has always received high grades. Our most recent inspection (7/29/2009) resulted in a score of 98 out of 100, and no follow-up inspection was necessary. As to the freshness of our fish, Aoi Japanese Cuisine receives multiple shipments of fish a week, and we only use highly qualified suppliers. Please visit our About Us section for more information.
